The price is set by how much room your load takes up in the truck, not by the hour. One mattress or a single recliner sits at the low end; a packed two-car garage sits at the high end. The crew sizes up the pile in person, gives you one flat number, and that is the number you pay. Nothing gets added once loading starts.

No. Sizing up the load and giving you the flat price costs nothing. If you give the go-ahead and we haul it the same trip, there is no separate trip or service-call fee tacked on. You are only paying for the haul.

Cash, card, and check all work. Builders, property managers, and agents handling an estate or a flip can set up billing instead of paying on the spot; mention it when you call and we will sort out the details.

Trucks hold a fixed amount, and the disposal sites we use charge us by the load, so tying the price to truck space keeps it honest. A quarter of the bed is a quarter-load price and a full bed is a full-load price, whether it is light boxes or heavy renovation debris. No clock running while the crew works.

Often, yes. A morning call usually has the best shot at a same-day slot. Things tighten up on Saturdays and in the days after a spring storm rolls through Wilson County. When the same day is full, the next open window is normally the following morning.

Usually not. Most of what we run is same-day or next-day. The exception is a big job like a whole-house estate cleanout, where a day or two of lead time lets us block enough truck space and crew to finish it in one trip.

Municipal bulk and brush collection has limits on size, weight, and what they will load, and a lot of it skips renovation debris, fridges and freezers with refrigerant, and anything oversized. When a load falls outside those rules, that is the gap we fill. We take the things the curbside truck leaves behind.

Yes. Fridges, chest freezers, and window AC units go out regularly. The refrigerant is recovered under EPA rules before the unit is processed. These are exactly the appliances curbside crews tend to refuse, which is why a lot of Wilson County calls come to us instead.

Yes. Whole-home cleanouts for inherited houses, probate sales, and downsizing into a Del Webb or other 55-plus community are a steady part of the work. It gets sorted, not just dumped. Furniture and household goods in usable shape are routed to Middle Tennessee donation partners. Scrap metal is recycled. Brush and yard debris head to a green-waste site for mulch or compost. Renovation materials are split into their own streams. Whatever is genuinely spent goes to the proper disposal site. The aim is to keep as much as we can out of the landfill.

Wilson County runs convenience centers for residents, but they require a county decal or tag to drop off and they cap what an individual can bring. We handle the disposal end ourselves at the proper facilities, so you skip the decal, the load limits, and the trip. You never have to set foot at a convenience center.

Whenever the condition holds up, yes. Sturdy frames, clean and intact cushions, no heavy damage or pest history. Pieces that pass go to Middle Tennessee charities and resale shops. Depending on which partner takes it, a donation receipt for your taxes may be available, so let the crew know before pickup if you want one.

Clean lumber is set aside for reuse or recycling. Concrete and brick go to a crushing and processing site. Mold-free drywall can be recycled where a facility accepts it. Tile, carpet, and mixed material that cannot be sorted goes to disposal, and roof shingles run on their own stream.
